Location and scheduling
Ear & Speak is based in Melbourne, Australia, offering consultations at an office in the Melbourne CBD, and on-site for business clients.
One-hour training appointments are usually available Monday-Friday between approximately 10:00 and 17:30 (10am and 5.30pm). Evening (from 17:45) and Saturday appointments are sometimes available.
Please don’t leave your appointment request too late, especially if you’re thinking about training for an urgent issue like interviews. This is particularly important if you can only attend during popular periods (lunch, late afternoon, Saturday). The usual wait for an appointment is 1-2 weeks, but during busy periods it can be longer.
If you are interested in training in other cities, appointments for intensive training over a number of days can be made, but the client will be required to cover all costs.

This is where clients attend training sessions. Appointments can only be made by email or phone. Opposite Melbourne Central shopping centre and station. Find your way by train, tram or bus with the Metlink Journeyplanner (destination address: “222 La Trobe Street”). The entrance to the building is marked “212-222″. Carparks are located in La Trobe St, and at Melbourne Central (entrance La Trobe St), A’Beckett St, and Franklin St. Limited on-street parking might be found on all nearby roads. |
