APPOINTMENTS
- Scheduled length of a standard appointment is 50-60 minutes.
- Please arrive on time as appointments cannot be extended.
- By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to abide by all conditions.
CANCELLATION
- To cancel/reschedule an appointment, an explanation isn’t necessary, but timely notification is required. Email or SMS alone are not reliable at short notice. You will receive a brief reply from me to acknowledge your message.
Late cancellation
There are deadlines for cancelling or changing an appointment. After these times you will be liable for a cancellation fee (or the equivalent will be deducted from prepaid appointments). Payment is due within 48 hours.
Cancellation fees are charged because the time was reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellation should be made by (1) phone, or (2) email AND sms.

- If you are aware in advance that you might need to cancel, contact me. It might save you a cancellation fee.
- If you are unsure of your next scheduled appointment, contact me in good time.
I reserve the right to change cancellation deadlines or withdraw discounts if a client cancels frequently.
